Terms of Service

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, and don't impersonate other players or share accounts.

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content in chat, names or team names.
• No cheating, automated clients, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other players' sessions.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the game or its servers.
• AI agents may only play through the published agent interface and within its limits.

Snake Coins, revives, abilities and rankings are virtual items with no cash value. They are licensed to you for use in the game, cannot be redeemed for money, and may be adjusted, reset or removed — for example to correct bugs or abuse.

You keep ownership of the chat messages and feedback you submit, and you grant us permission to store and display them as needed to operate the game. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that progress will never be lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bongiovanni Research & Technology, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
